Fluorspar
Fluorspar is one of main products of Bytru, is a common mineral which is a compound and its main component is calcium fluoride. Fluorspar is an important mineral for the extraction of fluorine. With a variety of rare elements, it often shows in purple, green and light blue, colorless and transparent Fluorite is scarce and precious. The crystal form has cube, octahedron or rhombic dodecahedron. The transparent colorless Fluorite is used to produce special optical lens. Fluorspar has many applications, such as flux used to produce steel and aluminum, catalyst used to produce opal glass, enamel products and high-octane fuel. Fluorspar generally exists in granular or massive with shiny glass, more in green or purple. Fluorspar often makes the blue-green fluorescence in the ultraviolet or cathode ray irradiation, its name is based on this feature. Fluorspar is mainly divided into Fluorite ore (metallurgical grade) and Fluorspar powder (chemical grade) in according to applications. We mainly do business on metallurgical high-grade Fluorspar ore.
Fluorspar ore (metallurgical grade)
10-50mm Lump ore series products
After processes of manual screening, hand breaking and machine processing, fluorspar lump ores are used to produce 10-50mm fluorspar ore particles and 20-60mm fluorspar particles. Customized processing is available. In fluorspar lump ores, the content of calcium fluoride is generally 80, 85 and above 90.
Fluorspar ores with the content of CaF2 above 90%
The high-grade fluorspar of Bytru has the content of CaF2 above 90%. 100% of fluorspar of our company originates from Mongolia. Fluorspar minerals can be produced into fluorspar and particles of different CaF2 contents as required by the customer.
Fluorspar lump ore with the CaF2 content of 85%
Bytru has adopted the state-of-the-art processing and production technologies to meet demands on fluorspar products from different customers. The fluorspar resource is becoming less and less, which will result in the fluctuation of price. Accordingly, our quotation for fluorspar is valid for ten days. Customers having a large demand shall place the order ahead of schedule. The order below 100t can be delivered at any moment. Also, the package of fluorspar can be customized.
Fluorspar ore with the CaF2 content of 75%
Bytru has been engaged in exploring and processing fluorite products of different CaF2 contents. Specifications can be customized. The commonly-used fluorspar is 10-50 mm. Fluorspar can lower the melting point of refractory materials, accelerate the flow of slags, better separate slags and metals, function in desulfuration and dephophorization during the smelting process, and strengthen the wrought property and tensile strength of metals. Fluorspar is widely used as flux in iron and steel smelting and ferroalloy production, iron smelting and non-ferrous smelting. Fluorspar ores used for smelting shall have the CaF2 content greater than 75% and have restrictions on SiO2 and sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P), with the contents of S and P be no higher than 0.3% and 0.08%.
Products with the CaF2 content above 60%
Fluorspar exploitation and processing are involved in processes of manual screening, breaking and nodular graphite. Fluorspar products with the CaF2 content above 60% are mainly used for metallurgical and chemical industries and for those with the CaF2 content below 60%, mainly used for cement producing and processing. We mainly supply fluorspar with the grades of 70, 80 and 90. Fluorspar products can be customized. The chemical compositions of fluorspar products have passed detections of competent authorities, to keep you away from worries about the product quality.

Bytru processes and produces fluorspar series products with different CaF2 contents to meet demands from different customers. We own a fluorspar screening plant to provide quality products with different CaF2 contents for different customers. We provide products with the CaF2 content falling into the range of 80%-98%.

Fluorspar powder with CaF2 content above 96%
Bytru produces the fluorspar powder with the CaF2 content of 96%. The granularity of the fluorspar powder can reach 100mesh and 200mesh. Special specifications can be customized.
Fluorspar powder with CaF2 content above 97%
Bytru fluorspar powder with the CaF2 above 97% has the content of SiO2 less than 1%, content of Ca less than 1.2% and the content of P and S both less than 0.002. 100mesh and 200mesh fluorite powder can be customized.
Fluorspar powder with CaF2 content above 98%
Packing requirements: packages by ton or in bulk are available. The customer shall order the fluorspar powder half a month ahead of schedule.
